Where do you ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To make sure we process your order quickly, please let us know of any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we can't accept requests after that. But don't worry, you can return your order for a full refund once you receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?

To ensure your convenience, we gladly accept payments through major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Our warehouse handles all orders, with processing times potentially longer during holidays and sales. We process orders Monday through Friday, typically within 1-3 business days, followed by shipping the next day after processing. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery times for orders may range between 2 to 4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, you're entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices on our website don't include taxes. When you receive your order, you might have to pay duties and taxes determined by your local customs office. These fees aren't covered by us, and we're not responsible for any delays caused by customs. For more details, contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you've received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, please contact us with your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any related references. We'll promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
